Mr. Thomas is a former felony-level prosecuting attorney for the U.S. Air Force's Active-Duty Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps and Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA) for the U.S. Attorney in the District of Hawai'i. He is qualified and certified as a USAF JAG Defense Attorney (2001-2004 Active Duty and Still Certified), and provided legal Defense Services to members of the Pacific Air Forces in Hawai'i, Guam, Japan, and Korea. He is a former clerk to the Honorable Joseph F. Bataillon, U.S. District Court Judge, Omaha, Nebraska (1999).
